    If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us during business hours. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours, however please allow 72 hours for enquiries made over the weekend. 

    Change of Mind  Online purchases can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receipt of item. The garment(s) must be in new condition with the tags still attached. Customer is required to cover postage costs or garments can be returned directly to any of our stores. Once the garment has been received, a store credit be issued. This does not apply to items bought at a discount or on sale. 

    Please note: We recommend sending returns via registered post as lost items are unable to be issued store credit.

    Wrong size Garments can be exchanged for another size if the preferred size is currently in stock and the original item is in new condition, with the tags still on. If the preferred size is no longer available then it will be treated as a 'change of mind' return. Returns may incur a postage cost at the customers expense. Sale or discounted items are unable to be returned or exchanged.

    Faulty Goods  if a product is faulty please call 0410 422 303 during business hours or email us at info@kindredspiritboutiqueandgift.com.au to record the fault. Please allow 48 hours during weekdays and 72 hours on the weekend for a response. You will be asked to take a photo of the manufacturing fault and either text it to 0410 422 303 or email it to info@kindredspiritboutiqueandgift.com.au so that this can be forwarded to the supplier on your behalf. Once accepted by the supplier we will issue you with a full refund, including any postage costs to return the item.

    Cash refunds Are unable to be given. Kindred Spirit issues store credits or full refunds on the original credit card used to make the purchase. 

    Sale and Discount Items All sale Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, if you aren't sure about sizes prior to ordering please get in touch with us, we are happy to help and can even measure garments if size guides aren't available.
